This is an effort to align/unify color usage across all launcher projects and the system itself.
This fix recreates all dynamic color attributes present in the OS since many launcher areas cannot access private attributes.
It is recomemnded to use these new local attributes in all launcher areas and avoid creating new color resources when these can be used directly.

Recently we did color token migration for Taskbar which included navigation icon also, but phones and foldable device can't really adapt to new color tokens because of contrast issue with underlying wallpapers.
As a result, now home screen which default back to balck and white nav icon colors while all apps and in app navigation icon color will be themed to new GM3 Color tokens.

These new assets are better at looping than the previous ones.
Followed go/sysui-illustration-eng to map from dark to light colors
programmatically. Handling the mapping in code is preferred over having
separate lottie assets for light and dark theme.

This is used to step through the "happy path" of the existing
back tutorial steps (right edge and left edge). Unlike in the
Pixel Tips app, the tutorial only continues if you perform the
gesture from the correct edge of the screen.
This also lays the groundwork to provide helpful tips if the
expected gesture is performed incorrectly, although currently
such gestures are just ignored.
