vinayjoglekar	45cb055158	Apply fallback overview scrim, overviewactions and clearall in battery saver mode. ... 1. BlurFallbackStyle/BlurStyle will now be applied in Launcher startup. When "updateBlurStyle" is called, individual element style's swap happens as per blur style. 2.
