Creating a utility class which generates a launcher preview
for a provided InvariantDeviceProfile

This will reduce confusion with the other "badging" concept we use for,
e.g. work profiles. It is also consistent with the external name
"notification dots".

- Use accent color for action
- Update font-family to use TextTitle style
- Reduce elevation to 3dp
- Inset snackbar left/right margins more, unless we need to increase the
width to fit the text
- For largest display/font size, fallback to 2 lines and smaller font if
necessary to not cut off the label

- Add methods to ModelWriter to prepareForUndoDelete, then
enqueueDeleteRunnable, followed by commitDelete or abortDelete.
- Add Snackbar floating view
- Show Undo snackbar when dropping or flinging to delete target; if the
undo action is clicked, we abort the delete, otherwise we commit it.

1. Instead of always announcing "Apps list", we now announce
"personal apps list" and "work apps list" if tab is there.
2. Fix an issue that "personal" and "work" are announced twice.

When auto-rotate is on, launcher allways allows rotation. This allows uses to use
locked rotation feature is available on the device
When auto-rotate is off, workspace does not allow rotation, but overview in quickstep
will allow rotation

1. Move the work footer divider into the container, so it is translated
with the rest of the footer.
2. Fixed the scrollbar issue in work tab by putting the footer height
in AllAppsRecyclerView
3. We planned to drop the company name, and decided to use
"Managed by your organisation".
4. Rename WorkModeToggleContainer to WorkFooterContainer as
we are using work footer in else where.

- Content description includes count of notifications.
- Notifications have a dismiss action.
- All icons that support shortcuts will have action to show
shortcut menu, since there will be system shortcuts even if
there are no deep shortcuts.
