5ade8e890d Moving activity tracker to Launcher process

like we now have a list of leaked activity classes.

This is based on the brainstorm "diagnostic scripts running on ATP".

Please propose additional (to "TestRunner") tags.

Also adding class name to all artifact filenames
because sometimes different classes have failing tests
with the same name.

I suspect that something happens in Launcher after enabling the provider
that causes "mismatched event sequence" errors.

This CL is to verify that.
