23fcbf2f73 App Pairs: Launch animation 
[App Pairs 7/?]

This patch implements the app pair launch animation from icon. Adds a new function, composeFadeInSplitLaunchAnimator(), in SplitAnimationController, that builds the combined launcher + shell animation.
