ee8db05450 Branching Taskbar visible/hidden assertion from testQuickSwitchToPreviousAppForTablet 
- There seems to be test corruption that is coming from the TwoPanelWorkspaceTest as they are getting marked ignored from assumption exception.

- We are branching the logic of asseting taskbar depending on taskbar variant until we figure out how we can run test with TaskbarSwitchMode test annotation and pass it on first attempt. This is cunrrently not working for above reason.

efe75cecad Removing memory object checks based on "dumpsys meminfo" 
This "dumpsys meminfo" can return phantom references that we have no control over and that can break all counting.

Given that the removed code haven't found issues in the past, and that we have Launcher activity counting implemented via TestProtocol.REQUEST_GET_ACTIVITIES, removing all "dumpsys meminfo" code.

438d405aab Adding a new Edit Mode LauncherState 
- Edit Mode doesn't close after dragging / dropping an app
	- Edit Mode can be entered through options popup menu, Spring Loaded still entered by dragging items
	- Adds new onLeavingState call to launcher states to cleanup changes

239ae0a995 Making sure there is a propper Chrome icon for the test to long press 
In some cases, the test was long pressing on a recommendation for
google chrome and not a regular chrome icon and the events didn't
match. I don't think is good to relly on chrome getting recommended
so I'm making sure there is always a chrome app icon on the hotseat
